The location was fine, but the business went bankrupt and closed, yet they still took my money 🤷🏼♂️

Nothing… the place was completely shut down, we had nowhere to stay, they didn’t offer any alternative accommodation, and I’m still waiting for a refund and compensation. It was a mess and abandoned.

When I arrived, the property was closed. I tried calling the owner, emailing, and contacting them, but got no response. I was still charged for the room, received no communication, was left without accommodation, and lost £130 out of pocket. The lack of communication and accommodation is unacceptable.
