The room was huge, with its own living area, soft bright lighting, and a very clean, comfortable feel; even though the hotel sits on a main road, it’s a bit away from the downtown center, so it stays quiet at night. The property is large but only two stories, with a big atrium in the middle, and the floor‑to‑ceiling windows let in plenty of daylight even when the lights are off. They offer high‑speed rail station shuttle and laundry facilities, which is very thoughtful and makes it a place you’d want to stay long. The bathroom sliding door is stiff and takes effort to open; adding a handle would make it easier.

The modern facility is pretty stylish and the location near the city center is convenient. The cleanliness could have been better, and the breakfast was really poor.

The hotel is new, pretty, comfortable, quiet, and has luxurious finishes. We loved the shower and the bed, and it’s just a walk from the historic center.

I enjoyed being in the Old City and seeing the architecture around the property. The facilities were modern and sleek, giving a very homely vibe. The kittens and parrot were so lovely to see!!!! They added extra warmth to the place. Everything was within walking distance, and the Shanhaiguan First Heaven Pass ticket office and entrance were nearby. The area was lively with visitors but not noisy. It was a wonderful experience overall!
