No positive aspects were mentioned, and everything was a total disappointment.

The place was spotless, but I could only book a limited selection of rooms.

The room itself was fantastic.

The only thing I liked was the liquor store service. I was told the room was non‑smoking, but it carried the odor of stale, musky cigarettes, and the website claimed a hot tub would be there—none of that was present. The room felt far from luxurious; a simple fireplace on the wall doesn’t make it one, and the bed was very uncomfortable.
