The location is excellent and it’s good value for money, but there’s no ramp for heavy luggage, the phone and TV are broken, the room wasn’t cleaned after we asked, and we had to pay again at checkout for a payment that had already been made earlier.

apart from the location and the brand Treebo nothing was neat and clean. Very bad hotel. Hotel has no trained staff even the receptionist dont respond well. 1. Bad and old smelling pillows. 2. Bed and sheets were not good 3. Bathroom was horrible 4. Staffs no clue what are they doing 5. Owner is not taking responsibility for the power cut

The location is fine, but the food arrangements are below expectations—we had to order from Swiggy and Zomato.
