The staff were super friendly and helpful, but the hotel's cleanliness and amenities left a lot to be desired. The blanket in our room was torn, and we were surprised to find out they didn't provide handwash, which made our stay a bit of a hassle.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but we had a bit of a problem with the water supply in the washroom in the morning. It was a bit of a nuisance, but overall, the location made up for it.
