Comfort, cleanliness, close to the city center, and the host’s friendliness.

The house is a 10‑minute walk from the train station, very close to the sea and the city centre. Nicole gave a warm welcome. The ground‑floor room is spacious and clean, with a pleasant private lounge. Breakfast in the veranda includes coffee/tea, bread, jams, butter, fruit juice, milk, and pastries. I recommend this place – it feels like home. The street‑side insulation could be better.

The owner is very pleasant, and the site is excellently located in Houlgate, clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed here several times already and will return gladly.
