The host was very friendly and the themed room looked great, with a large terrace and sunshades. The water supply was low, so the bathroom couldn’t be used fully, but that was due to the situation, not the host’s fault.

The breakfast and the room were fine and the location couldn’t be better, but we weren’t allowed back into the hotel at 22.15 because of the guard dogs; nobody answered the phone or the doorbell and only after we honked the car for several minutes did someone finally show up, which was unacceptable.

The location was beautiful, full of animals on a lovely property, and the room was interesting. The owner either has a strange sense of humor or is simply disrespectful, tossing out flippant remarks. Towels were worn, there was no fridge, and the owner wasn’t present at checkout or otherwise.

The welcome was very warm and friendly, simple and efficient. Nothing else to note.
