The photos matched the reality. It was delivered clean. The balcony and apartment’s location were nice. We enjoyed our stay. During check‑in and check‑out times no assistance was offered. Because we couldn’t reach them by phone, we were stuck at the door the first night. We managed to get in on our own.

The location is close to the center and there's a balcony, but the old furnishings, dirty wall stains, and a photo that didn't match reality were disappointing; the gate‑opening phone didn't work and the link sent was broken, yet the neighbors were very friendly and helped out. Inside, only one chair and an old small table were provided.

The spot near Navigli is great, but the apartment faces a loading dock and the noise is intense.

The apartment was fantastic, the location superb, and it felt very safe and secure.

The apartment was very pleasant and cozy, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was there. The convenient location made it easy to reach main attractions and public transport. Check‑in was smooth, and communication with the hosts was quick and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay!
