The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I was disappointed that there was no on‑site restaurant as advertised and no continental breakfast; there was coffee in the lobby but nothing else. Having coffee available in the rooms was a bonus, because most other hotels I’ve stayed at don’t provide coffee or tea in the rooms. No continental breakfast as advertised.

I can't understand why this hotel gets such low ratings; I've stayed twice and had a great time. The staff were fine for me, the place was clean enough and quiet. It isn’t luxurious, but it’s good enough for a restful night.

I came from Edmonton, I went to the hotel they told me the power is off.and they said if you want to stay without power you can. I asked to give me the money back the said u need to contact with you and they don't have your phone number. The lady said she will return the money back the next Saturday but I don't have the money yet $117.60. Can you send me the money back for booking. Thank you. It's hard to return your money back
