The location was great! Everything was a bit outdated, outdoor cushions were moldy, and the bikes needed replacement. The photos on the side didn’t match the bed layout. If two couples stay, one couple has to sleep separately in the corner.

The boat was fine, but the staff were terrible and tried to scam me. It was far from anything and very awkward to find.

The accommodation matched the description perfectly. The host was amazing and very responsive! We celebrated my wife’s birthday there and would love to return next June for my birthday. The place is a short walk from the parking area, which I think is worth it, especially since they provide a cargo bike to move your luggage.

The large terrace is nice for sitting and the view is also very good. However, the place can no longer be described as "New" because it already shows many wear marks. When we arrived, there was no cargo bike available. After we complained immediately, we were called back the next day after describing the problem again. By the day of departure nothing was done about the cargo bike, so we had to figure out how to carry our stuff over the 1.4 km walk to the car. Really bad service! They could have offered to drive our belongings to the parking. Also the boat smelled extremely like gasoline upon arrival and it wasn’t particularly clean (the coffee table was stained, crumbs on the table, a stained blanket). According to the description we expected a whirlpool, but we only found a bathtub. All in all, it isn’t worth the money. The long walk to the property, the lack of a cargo bike, the absence of a whirlpool, separate firewood for an extra fee, SUPs only available for a fee, and poor fishing opportunities because we’re right on a busy lake road where boats pass until night. Plus you have to consider the parking fee of €10 per day.
