The place was very calm, perfect for working, and the subway was easy to reach for the city centre. The house itself was spacious, clean, and tidy. The thermostat kept dropping to 7 °C at any time of day, so the only way to keep it warm was to raise it manually every ten minutes. The concierge sent a technician, but he didn’t fix the problem; he suggested we use the maintenance button on the boiler to heat the house quickly.

It was fairly cosy. The heating worked poorly, leaving the house at 17‑18 °C.

Große Wohnung. Kein Warmwasser, keine Heizug. Wir versuchten mehrfach den Service zu erreichen, jedoch kam nicht einmal ein Rückruf. Aufenthalt vom 8.3. bis 11.3.24 bei 14 Grad im Haus. Das war kein schöner Kurzurlaub
