I was booked through Make My Trip, and when I arrived the hotel was under renovation; after arguing they gave me a room but the cleanliness was poor, and although they claimed breakfast would be provided, they didn’t even offer tea, which broke my confidence in Make My Trip; make sure the hotel’s condition is checked before booking.
