The staff were extremely helpful and served tasty meals. The room, however, carried a musty odor with no fresh air, and the bathroom was subpar—no mirror, no towel rack, and the door and window lacked locks.

We booked two rooms for five people, but one of them had a mattress in a shared room that we hadn't been told about; the hotel claimed all guests had beds. The shower water was cold, and we were surprised to see a breakfast charge of 800 ruble per person in the morning (the meal included an omelette, a roll, a glass of juice, and a glass of water). We asked for coffee, but the host added a coffee fee to the bill and also applied a service charge to the entire stay, ending up paying more than what we had paid through the booking platform.
