The location was good. The hotel was old, the staff were not very welcoming, and the value for money was unfavorable.

The highlight of my stay was the outstanding hospitality from Ms. Ivy, the Food and Beverage Manager, and Ms. Yhani, the Hotel Manager, who listened to my concerns with genuine empathy and made me feel welcomed, supported, and like family. After a rough start, the management arranged a thoughtful compensation that I’m very grateful for, and the personal care from Ms. Ivy and Ms. Yhani turned my experience into a showcase of top‑level hospitality. Initially, the reservation process disappointed me: I mistakenly made an extra booking within minutes, called three times but was put on hold with no answer, and emailed two hotel addresses without a reply. The early handling felt rigid and left me frustrated, but once the issue received proper managerial attention it was handled with empathy, professionalism, and generosity, greatly improving my overall impression.
