The location is unbeatable, right at the top of old town

“Just a decent stay at a decent price.”
I appreciated being able to leave my luggage there before heading to Sapa, and the lift was a convenient addition, especially with heavy bags. However, the checkout experience was frustrating; a lady chased me and asked for payment even though I had already paid earlier that morning, which made me feel uncomfortable.
The location was perfect, close to everything.
It felt chaotic and the cleanliness was lacking.
A decent hotel for the price, though it can get a bit noisy; I used earplugs and it didn’t bother me.
