I booked this place a week in advance and the full amount was immediately debited from my bank account. Soon after, the owner asked me to cancel the booking myself, stating that the fees would not be refunded if I cancelled. This situation is unacceptable and unfair. I contacted the customer service team and I am still waiting for a response and a refund. I strongly advise against this establishment because of its lack of seriousness and professionalism.
