My room was clean, had a beautiful view, and the breakfast was hot, delicious, and clean
The bed was disappointingly small, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep

The stay was excellent, and there was nothing negative.
“تجربه جميله وراقيه”
The location was great, nothing else to add.
The overall service and the staff at this hotel were bad.
“مريح جدا.”
The place was clean and the staff were friendly, with no complaints.
The location was nice and the reception staff were kind, but parking was mandatory only for staff, and each time I entered or left they insisted on an extra fee that felt forced; the housekeeping staff seemed to do a favor when cleaning, and the same oddness repeated, which is typical in Egypt; I asked for towels and there was a delay until the third time, and no one ever brought them.
