Itatiaia Hotel Passo Fundo

“Boa localização, qualidade ruim. Não vale o preço.”

The location is okay, but the place was dirty, had a moldy smell, and the bedding was unclean.

“Para nós q resolvemos pernoitar ali e reservei pelo celular durante trajeto , foi uma surpresa muito boa apesar de ser s”

The suite had a great entrance hall and an additional meeting room, the bathroom was excellent, a nearby restaurant was easy to reach, and the reception staff were quick and efficient.

I was misled by the hotel’s advertising, they charged an extra parking fee, the TV and phone in my room didn't work, and the staff seemed unprepared; we ended up not staying at all.

“o meu hotel e seu efeito da”

I liked the coffee, the reception, and the bed. The room had a carpet and a very strong mold smell; I had to keep the windows open all night to get some relief from the odor.

“Bom custo benefício, quartos excelentes.”

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The staff service was lacking in friendliness; the café attendants were great, but the reception was disappointing.
