Appartamento con arredamento curato, moderno e funzionale, con spazi molto ampi per bagagli e climatizzazione adeguata. Posizione comoda, anche se non centralissima. NB per parcheggiare bisogna fare i conti con la Ztl. L’insonorizzazione è inadeguata: da dentro si sente tutto, anche una persona che parla a tono normale. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo passato una notte quasi insonne a causa del rumore dei vicini che soggiornavano liberamente nelle aree comuni, come se li avessimo in camera. Inoltre il portoncino sbatte facilmente e chi soggiorna nell’appartamento vicino all’ingresso sente colpo e vibrazioni (e di notte non è il massimo). Consiglio al proprietario di istruire adeguatamente gli ospiti e di valutare migliorie al portoncino e all’insonorizzazione dell’appartamento.

The spot was great, close to the metro stop, essential shops, bars and restaurants, and the room was well furnished. Only three small points: I didn't understand if the mini‑fridge had a compartment for freezing popsicles for the cooler bag; there was something similar but it didn't open, which would be handy in hot months. There were only two small rolls of toilet paper, not enough for four people. The room layout and photos should be clarified, because the booking site shows a terrace but I got a basement room. It was fine overall, except for a bit of morning traffic noise and cars, but better clarity on the assigned room would help.
