“Great stop for cyclists along the canal”
Els and Eric were incredibly friendly and accommodating hosts; the room was nice and comfortable with a full‑sized bathroom, and the house was spacious with a very relaxing attached garden. I arrived on a Sunday late afternoon by bicycle, not realizing there were limited dinner options, so they kindly offered to prepare something for me, which turned out to be a very nice meal. There was no A/C in the room, only a fan to help with temperature; I was a bit reluctant to leave the window open at night because of mosquitos, but the room stayed fairly cool with the fan, though it could get a little hot if the windows are shut, depending on the weather.

We really enjoyed our stay and Els was very helpful and friendly, giving info about the area, places to go and eat, etc. The breakfast was probably the highlight, the fresh produce was delicious and set us up well for the day.

The breakfast under the skylight was perfect! The hosts were very welcoming and the conversations around a coffee were very pleasant.
Beautiful location and surroundings, a lovely departure point from the beautiful Chambre d'hôte, kind and welcoming hosts Els and Eric, caring, fantastic breakfast and good tips. Highly recommended! I can’t think of anything negative.
