The breakfast was varied, tasty, and thoughtfully arranged, and the staff were very friendly. The location is lovely—quiet yet central, great for day trips. Rooms were clean and came with a fridge. The downstairs SB snack bar offered drinks, and we could store our bikes. A mattress topper would make the bed more comfortable, and the pillows should be swapped because they’re not cozy.

The breakfast ranks among the best I’ve had in hotels—everything was there. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location is great. Will definitely return.

The place is well‑situated, the staff are good, and the breakfast is solid. The mattresses are too short for the bed frame.

The reception was friendly, bikes could be stored, and there was a lounge with drinks (we didn’t use it). The breakfast was excellent and the area is quiet. In the room there were wall damages and the masonry seemed damp.

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was extraordinary, and there’s a terrace where you can sit and even have breakfast in the evening. You can walk straight onto the Steinhuder Meer.
