The Double or Twin Room offers a private bathroom with a shower and provides free toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay with essential amenities conveniently available within the room.
“Sitio tranquilo y relajante”
The breakfast was excellent, offering a standard option with coffee and toast or a special one that also included juices and pastries—really great. The location was spot‑on in the village, and there was parking right next to the property. No issues at all.
“Estancia muy acogedora y mucha tranquilidad”
The staff felt very family‑like and super attentive. It would have been nice if they already had dinner service, though they mentioned it’s in the works and will be available soon.

The complex and the views were marvelous. The only downside was the lack of heating when they had been open for only a short time.

The views were gorgeous, the place was peaceful, and you could really disconnect. The mattresses were a bit stiff, if you ask me.

In the end I was completely dissatisfied because the handling felt deceptive, with the hotel shifting responsibility to the booking platform even though it should have been theirs. Getting to the hotel by car was a nightmare: steep ramps, almost no parking and a hard walk to the entrance; the rooms had no TV, there was no elevator for the upper floors, making it impossible for two guests over 80, one of whom uses a cane, to stay as the facilities suggested. The hotel has no restaurant or café anywhere in the village. When I asked the manager about a refund for the prepaid reservation, he said only the platform could decide, and the platform later confirmed that the owner refused any full or partial refund.
