The staff were friendly, but that's about where the positives end. The deluxe room was laughably small, with no fridge and a broken AC. The bathroom was tiny and the sink was in the bedroom, which was a major turnoff. We asked to switch rooms, but that wasn't the only issue - the breakfast buffet was seriously lacking, with no fruit, butter, or pastries. We ended up checking out after two nights and moving to a different hotel.
