“Ak si chce ubytovateľ udržať klientov nemožno sa vyhovárať na nedostatok peňazí na opravy.”
The location is excellent, but the blinds are broken and street light shines straight into the bed—a big minus. Despite friendly staff, the breakfast was weak, dry and hard bread; we expected a coffee machine with multiple coffee options and more vegetables.
The staff are wonderfully accommodating, everything is clean, and the centre is easily reachable. The attic unit limits you in many ways— you can’t stand in the shower, and if someone walks on the floor at night you’ll hear every step and movement. Poor sound insulation is a drawback.
The place was well situated, impeccably clean, and the staff were welcoming; I’d love to go back again. 😍
“Good potential, but improvements needed”
The place is conveniently near Nitra's centre. The room was spacious, with a wide shower in the bathroom. The check‑in is autonomous via QR code, which didn’t work for me; I had to call and wait. It felt unwelcoming if you arrived at night and everything was dark. I struggled to locate the fridge and microwave plugs because they were disconnected and no instructions were given. Cleanliness was mediocre; I found hair on the sheets and some spots. No towels were in the kitchen (I didn’t use it fully, but just so you know). The blinds didn’t work properly. The morning staff were kind but didn’t speak English fluently. It took a while to get the invoice. I didn’t have breakfast, but the menu seemed sparse with limited options.
The staff, especially the owner lady, were very friendly, parking was available on the premises, the apartment was spotless and smelled fresh, breakfast was ample enough that we ate to fullness, the location in the city centre was perfect, and we’ll definitely return.
