Quietly located and, in France not a given, absolutely clean! The landlord was very nice and helpful. The price‑performance ratio during the 24‑hour race… no need to overthink it! Clean, family‑friendly.

Really nice apartment, amazing host's. Breakfast was delicious. A short walk to the tram for the Le Mans 24hr in one direction and the centre of town the other direction

The welcome was very pleasant and friendly. The owners care about giving guests a great stay. They are available and take the time to chat with us. All of this in a calm and relaxing setting. The location of the rooms is perfect for reaching the Le Mans circuit. A very beautiful experience. Thank you.
