Breakfast was nice and the hotel reception was very pleasant, with the girls doing a good job. The restaurant was lovely, the girls served me well, and the young boys were friendly. Only one girl was cheeky and rude.

The location and views of Oban Bay were great. Nothing really was a problem.

The room was very comfortable. The staff were wonderfully helpful and attentive. Breakfast was wonderful. Unfortunately there was no space to use the spa except for two slots in the evening, which was quite late. I wouldn’t criticize too much, but I think the facilities should be open to the public as well. I would have preferred to have the chance to use them during my two‑night stay, but I would return and hope to get a chance next time.
