A genuine five‑star hotel with a superb location, massive and gorgeous rooms, though it was on the first floor.
“Perfekter Stay in Mitte.”
The rooms were very cozy with excellent beds, the breakfast was great, and the bar was superb; nothing to complain about.
“מלון מעוצב ובוטיקי במיקום מעולה נקי ונעים. מתאים במיוחד לזוגות.”
The spot, the cleanliness, the design and the staff’s service were all great, but we were handed a disability‑adapted room without being asked—still, the room was comfortable and spacious.
“Absolutely amazing”
Rooms were clean and the location was good, but the booking process was problematic.
Big rooms with decent facilities, but daily housekeeping was lacking—cups weren't washed and towels hardly got replaced.
