The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a lovely pool that we enjoyed lounging by. The staff were super helpful, especially Felix, who was always quick to respond to our questions and even offered to help with our luggage when we had to navigate the few flights of stairs (no lift, but not a problem for us).
