The location is great, with lake views and walking distance to the GO! Dalat Mall. The boutique hotel offers a wonderful breakfast on the top level with great views of the lake and surrounding city area. The hostess and staff were wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. However, there was no air conditioning, many electrical outlets didn’t work, and there was no safe in the room.

The hotel is in the tourist center, convenient for exploring and traveling. The soundproofing of the room door isn’t good.

The room was spacious, with clean sheets and a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to the night market and nearby shops. Because it’s uphill, it’s far enough away from noise and crowds. The room was very clean. A special thanks to Ms. Bao Tran, who went above and beyond to help us: she assisted with finding and booking a very comfortable 10‑seater limousine to Nha Trang, explained everything clearly, and was extremely organized, making our travel plans much easier. The only minor issue was that the edges of the towels were slightly frayed, but this didn’t affect our stay at all.
