The hotel’s location is very good and the staff are very nice. The breakfast is decent. We stayed for three nights and had bad luck with our rooms. The first room faced the street, and because the windows weren’t sound‑proof, it was very noisy. We swapped rooms and the staff were very helpful; the next day we were right next to the club.

The team is wonderful, especially Julia and Romina, who are very friendly and attentive to guests. The location is superb, allowing you to explore Palermo on foot. The wine hour is a special moment to share and chat with other guests—an amazing initiative! The shower pressure could be stronger and the breakfast selection could be broader.
