“Sufficiente”

The spot is great, the apartment feels cozy, and there’s a balcony with a clothesline. You can even drop off your luggage after check‑out. The cleaning was lacking – I found dirt and hair from previous guests, and it seemed rushed. There’s no way to dry clothes in the shower, and the house supplies like toilet paper, detergent, towels, etc., were minimal. The bunk bed was a nightmare; every movement of the person on top made the whole room sway.

Getting to the hotel is a quick walk from the nearest subway station, and there’s a convenience store on the way, which is super handy. Nearby you can also find a traditional greengrocer, a meat shop, and a public bath, giving you a taste of old‑style Japanese downtown that’s pretty rare these days. If you head in the opposite direction from the station, the Skytree is right there. Despite the location, the hotel sits in a quiet, calm setting, so there was no noise worry at all. When I arrived, there was a small hiccup, but the staff handled it quickly and I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay with peace of mind. My family of two adults and two kids (almost adult‑size) found the room a bit tight when we unfolded our suitcases. There was a very small table, but a slightly larger folding table would have been handy for meals.

The facilities match the photos, everything you’d expect is there, and the thoughtful details make the stay comfortable. The lobby and elevator were stiflingly hot.

Getting around is easy; a few minutes’ walk gets you to the train station and the Skytree. The neighborhood around the residence is quiet and peaceful, especially the LIFE supermarket which is super convenient with plenty of items – you can handle breakfast and dinner there. The room was clean and tidy; three suitcases fit fine, and the elevator made moving up and down hassle‑free. The staff responded quickly and kindly to messages, overall a fantastic stay! I wish the kitchen had a hand‑towel or a rag for wiping.
