Everything was immaculate, the location was perfect, and getting to the beaches and tourist spots was a breeze.

It’s in a convenient spot, the pool is nice, the staff are friendly, and the beach is just a short walk away, but there was a strong musty odor and some areas were dirty—drawers weren’t wiped and there were cobwebs in corners.

We enjoyed a fantastic long weekend at A Beach Breeze Inn; the motel sits close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail biking trails, the rooms were charming and cozy, owner Pam was an excellent source for information on stops, parking, and restaurants, and we had a lovely weekend!

“Great stay, lovely staff and an amazing feel about the place. I’d definitely stay there again if I’m ever back in Cape C”

The location is great, the place is really clean and well maintained. The only drawback was that the room didn’t have a kettle.
