“Katastrophal…”
The room was ready before my arrival and the shower had good water pressure. It was close to restaurants. However, the first room I was shown felt uninviting; when I pulled back the blanket I saw that the bedding looked used and was not changed, with hair on the sheets—an appalling and disrespectful situation. The second room had other issues that only became apparent after I had taken it: no toiletries by the sink, a toilet paper roll in the kettle instead of the bathroom, and two water bottles in the fridge—perhaps for making coffee or tea, but the coffee, tea, mugs, and even the tea bags were missing. Instead, earplugs were placed where the tea bags should have been. I have to ask the hotel what their concept is; it seems very confusing. The air‑conditioning unit was also a problem: there was no remote control, so it ran continuously, making noise and acting more like a fan than an effective cooler. The stay was disastrous, and the hotel never apologized for the used bedding, which left a sour impression. Maybe the hotel should consider a new name.
