Everything was amazing – the staff and the hotel itself. No complaints, it was the best place.

The staff were great, the location was perfect, the central parking garage is right next door, 5 minutes walk, costs no more than 5 € a day – a great price. The restaurant served excellent food and quality. We were very satisfied. Thanks to the staff. Unfortunately we couldn’t receive German TV. It might help to have instructions on how to log in.

The hotel sits right in the center of Venray, looking out over a pedestrianised square. Parking is available underground at Europa carpark and there are plenty of surface spots a few hundred metres away. The room was comfy, the bathroom and shower had thermostatic and flow control, and the downstairs restaurant plus a nearby beer tasting café offered a wide selection of brews. The surrounding shopping streets were cute, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside was that the mattresses were foam and thin, though still reasonably comfortable.
