The room that faced the courtyard was comfortable, unlike the side that looks onto the ring road. The staff were hit‑or‑miss; on two evenings they turned the lobby into a playground, playing hide‑and‑seek and showing no desire to help, yet the next day they were very helpful, which felt odd for a place at this price.

This was our last 2 nights in Vietnam so we decided to splurge on something g a little fancier than we normally would. The room was amazing and the staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was a really great selection also. Roof top infinity pool with bar. I didn’t like that the pool area closed so early at 7pm as it is so hot and late night swims are awesome. Even till 11pm when the bar closes would be great
