The host’s welcome was amazing, and the cottage’s location right in the town center opposite a stunning church was perfect. Nearby restaurants and large parking made it convenient, and the scenery of Andelys was gorgeous. We came for the Trail des Rois Maudits and it was exceptional.

The reception was very friendly even though we brought a lot of dirt on our bikes. The cozy room had a nice vibe, and the location in the old town was perfect for our cycling needs.

The B&B room is in the town centre, on the main square, with free street parking that’s easy to find. The room itself is very small, the bathroom tiny, and every space feels cramped with too many items cluttering the room, giving it an even smaller feel. The furniture is old and makeshift. It’s enough for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend staying more than that – it feels a bit suffocating, and the only window faces the main street on the ground floor.

The welcome was super friendly. Because our originally booked room on the ground floor near the street was too noisy, the host offered us a spacious, nicely furnished studio in the back building. We could safely park our bikes in the small courtyard.
