I never even saw the property to decide if I liked it. I went to the address, found nothing, called them, and a voicemail gave me a WhatsApp number. I called that but no one answered. I lost two hours of time and money on international calls, and it felt like a scam. It was a terrible experience, but Booking helped me cancel it.

La vista su Via Toledo e letto comodo. Non mi è affatto piaciuto il Servizio, lo staff con relativa accoglienza e il fatto che bisogna andare a tutt altro posto ( 15 minuti a piedi ) dal b & b per il check-in e dover dare 200 euro di cauzione per essere restituiti entro 15 giorni dalla. Fine del soggiorno ma se vuoi ovviare alla cauzione versi ulteriori 50 euro dal costo della notte evidenziato su Booking e guai a lamentarti perché non puoi giudicare il loro modo di lavorare . Se vuoi anticipare il check-in altri 40 euro e se vuoi appoggiare le valigie altro costo aggiuntivo e se arrivi in ritardo ulteriore ammenda. Ma ripeto guai a lamentarsi solo complimenti . Alle 10 check out e alle 10.01bussano alla porta vigorosamente urlando che check out check out. Svizzeri direi

There’s not much to say. The management, welcome, and accommodation are not customer‑focused. The historic palace is fascinating, though poorly maintained, and worth noting. Unfortunately, the room layout is bad: small spaces, few support points, narrow passages in the bathroom between the toilets and the shower, and a tight passage between the bed and the wall to reach the window. The view of the rooftops on Via Toledo is beautiful but not enough for a good rating. To top it off, the power outlets for phone charging are broken, so my phone died—unbelievable! The street noise went on until 3 a.m. I feel like I was robbed. I love Naples, but not like this! Very disappointed.

Only the location matters. I advise people not to go to this place because the check‑in was a personal odyssey with rude and grumpy staff who had already taken the money and kept asking for more. The next day they entered the room while we were absent, something that never happened before at any place. I was really upset.
