The view from the balcony shows distant mountains and a refreshing Portland mountain breeze that wakes you up—truly amazing. The living area feels very modern and comfortable. I had a hiccup at the gate when I arrived, but it was sorted out quickly.

The place is kept in excellent condition and the host shows remarkable hospitality. The setting is peaceful, making the stay enjoyable. I always look forward to my time there.

The apartment looked gorgeous, well-equipped, and cozy, with a lovely mountain view from the terrace. The bathroom was clean, had plenty of hot water, and good pressure. The kitchen was tidy and fully stocked. Everything was spotless and inviting, and the building felt safe. However, finding it was a challenge because it sits up a winding road. No one was on site to help us through the security gates, so we had to handle everything over the phone, which was confusing. There were no nearby shops or local amenities, and we weren’t informed about supermarkets, beaches, or other conveniences. Three new ROCU TV sets were provided, but none could tune in. The first night was noisy, with a local DJ playing until the early hours, plus drilling and hammering from above late at night. Several phone calls to complete payment seemed unnecessary, even though we had already paid a 50% deposit and expected to settle the balance in person at the end of our stay.

The apartment itself was very nice. The location, though, is a bit far and hard to find.

The apartment sits in the hills above Port Antonio, close enough to the town centre for everything you might need. It felt like home, with a full kitchen and all essential appliances. The parking lot is narrow, which made parking a longer vehicle a little difficult.
