The hotel has maintained its high standards over my multiple visits; the restaurant food is always very good and the staff is excellent.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are a good size and the dining room offers nice views, but check‑in took ages because the coach arrived just before us and the queue was long. There is only one lift from the reception that can carry two people and luggage, so we had to wait about 20 minutes just to get it to our room after finally checking in, leaving a very unsatisfactory first impression. Everything about the hotel feels dated. Breakfast was basic and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold and inedible; I told staff but they seemed indifferent. I stayed two nights and had an early breakfast on the second day, but the food was still cold.

The location is great and the staff is great, breakfast was nice, but the rooms and the hotel itself are very old and poorly designed.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful, picturesque spot, late check‑in is possible and very convenient. The room is clean, beautiful, the beds are comfortable, breakfast is good, the staff is friendly, and there’s a parking lot at the entrance. However, the website listed a room with its own pool (access to the pool), but that option is missing; such rooms don’t exist. The pool is on the minus 3 floor and operates on a schedule.
