We stayed from 2‑3/10/2025 on the second floor. First impressions: the room felt great, it was new, well‑proportioned, and had a modern, beautiful design. The male front‑desk staff was friendly and moved us from floor 1 to floor 2 immediately when we requested it. The check‑in process was very fast and didn’t ask for any documents—very convenient. On the downside, during the night while I was about to shower, there was no shower cap in the room, so my foreign partner went to the reception to ask for one because the room sign said “on request.” After a short while, I heard someone walking in (I was in the bathroom with the door closed, but there was no lock). I assumed it was my partner, but the man who entered was a staff member who had no standard permission protocol. He barged in, opened the bathroom door, and I was shocked. He seemed to see me in the bathroom but kept asking me what was wrong, showing no surprise, no apology, and no sense of responsibility. For me, this is the lowest standard for a service job; the staff lack common sense, hospitality, service mindset, and basic knowledge—he didn’t even know what a shower cap was. The hotel should manage better; if it’s “on request,” it should be available 24 hours with staff ready to help. Necessary items like shower caps and cotton buds should be set up in advance. Even though the room rate isn’t high, a sense of safety is a basic right for guests. Second, the coffee machine only dispensed hot water, no coffee, even after following the instructions. Third, the room is noisy; I could hear cars from the front parking lot and from the corridor. Fourth, the bed is quite small for two people; a six‑foot bed would be much better.

The room was exactly as advertised—beautiful, with excellent quality bedding, pillows, and blankets. I slept soundly, and the design was stunning and functional in every corner. There was also good coffee to start the day.

Good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helped arrange taxis or motorbike rides. The breakfast was not a full spread.
