I scored it 8.0/10. The price was a solid bargain for the week I was in town for work, giving good value for what it is. The shower head had weak water pressure and the ceiling fan in the room didn’t work, but otherwise there were no complaints.

I rated it 9.0/10. The place was peaceful with nice accommodations, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. The downside was an industrial smell outside and no grass or landscaping.

I gave it a perfect 10.0/10. It was cheap, very clean, safe, and the staff were friendly. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, probably because too many were using it, but that didn’t affect my stay since I had unlimited mobile data.
