Paolo is a friendly, present, and helpful person who always goes the extra mile to solve any request or problem you encounter. He even shared a ton of tips on where to spend evenings between the local festivals and the restaurant, as well as where to eat along the coast, which beaches to visit, and other places worth seeing. The kitchen is large and well‑equipped. The only downside is that the website only mentions at the very end of the description that kitchen access is by request and fee, but it isn’t listed among the provided services. I hadn’t read that far, so when I arrived I had a brief argument with the host, who quickly clarified the situation, granted me kitchen access, and apologized for the confusion. It would be better if the site updated the description and listed kitchen access as a B&B service to avoid such misunderstandings.

The location is strategic for getting around the surrounding area.

The place was very clean, and the bed was comfortable with working air conditioning. However, the bathroom was in the hallway and not attached to the room, which made me feel unsafe as a solo female traveler because the bedroom door didn’t lock from the hallway, effectively leaving the room unlocked while I showered. I also felt vulnerable. The listing says “bed and breakfast,” but no breakfast was provided. I messaged the owner in advance to arrange breakfast, but was told it wasn’t possible. I did see in the reviews that another guest received breakfast just one month before my stay. The property is basically a garage apartment, which isn’t clear from the main description. Because of the bathroom setup, I couldn’t fully relax or follow my usual self‑care routines during my stay. Overall, the property has some positives, but the listing was not fully accurate. I recommend the host clarify the bathroom situation and remove “breakfast” from the description to help future guests, especially solo travelers, make informed decisions. With this information I believe the owner will attract the proper guests well suited for this listing.

The reception was friendly, and the host was helpful with everything needed. The room was on the ground floor with its own entrance, so we could bring our luggage straight in. The room was so spacious that we even had room for all three of our bikes, which were kept safely. Great that there’s a grocery store right next door. Even though I’m not a fan of breakfast at the café, the staff there were very pleasant and greeted us with “you must be Paolo’s guests,” which made us feel well taken care of. A good place for a stay.
