This listing is a scam. They sell access to the Agora complex, but it’s closed and that wasn’t mentioned! The outdoor pools were also closed, which was not disclosed. The indoor pool is only for guests over 10 and men and women can’t swim on the same day—none of that was indicated. Additionally, a night at the hotel was extremely noisy; we could hear everything in the rooms all night until 6 am. The rooms aren’t sound‑proofed as advertised. For a luxury hotel, this is not what we expected. We’re disappointed and angry. We paid for the hotel, but none of the services were present.
