The price was unbeatable; I’d stayed at larger, more famous hotels that were far less clean and comfortable. The room was smartly arranged with plenty of outlets, a desk, a hairdryer and a smart TV, the bed was supremely cozy, and housekeeping was immaculate and very respectful of our schedule, never pushing or nagging and always honoring the sign on the door. The staff were kind, quick to help, and genuinely friendly. The only downside was hearing some South American guests loudly chatting in the hallway instead of in their rooms; it wasn’t the hotel’s fault at all, just a lack of consideration from some guests—perhaps a reminder sign would help, especially at night.

The location was fantastic, well served by metro and bus with plenty of pubs around. The venues were brand‑new and clean, although room cleaning only happened every three days. Everyone on the staff was super friendly. The room was very small with a window that faced a wall, and the breakfast offered limited options.

“Hotel al di sopra delle aspettative”

The property was warm and spotless; the room furnishings and common areas—entrance, reception, bar—were gorgeous. Breakfast was good and varied. The only drawback was a small dump site nearby that emitted a bad odor as you passed by, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

“disappointment”

very small room.even no place to turn around.stuff was polite.they offered me alternative rooms, but all of them are small. small means really small.no place to open our luggage.our sons have stayed a different room which was acceptable.I mean there's an additional empty space where you can put your luggages.but our room was too small
