The room was spotless, just like I've come to expect from Hop Inns. The staff were super helpful, but the location was a bit of a letdown. We got lost on the way in, thanks to our satnav taking us down some pretty rough dirt tracks. Once we arrived, we found ourselves stuck in a pretty desolate area with nothing but a 7/11 nearby - we ended up having to drive around at night to find somewhere to eat.

It's not the Ritz, but for a one-night stay, this place was perfectly fine. The bathroom was a good size, with great water pressure, and the room was clean, which is always a plus. Having a fridge was a nice touch, but the room itself was a bit on the small side - you get what you pay for, I suppose.

This hotel was perfect for a concert at the City Park – it's just a short walk away. However, there was a bit of a letdown when I went to wash my hands and found out there was no soap provided. A small oversight, but it's something they should fix.

We arrived at the hotel at 5 am due to a delayed bus, but the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, and the guy at the front desk was really nice. The only downside is that it's a bit of a trek to get to the city center – not ideal if you're not driving.
