The place was clean and well‑located, but I was deeply disappointed with the price I paid. There was no hot water at all during my stay, and the front desk offered no help. The fan in the room was loud and moved oddly, making nights uncomfortable. The landline didn’t work, and calling maintenance was useless. I heard other rooms had the same problems, as maintenance mentioned. I can’t recommend this hotel based on what I experienced, and I hope management takes this seriously to improve future stays.

Location was good. No responsible staff at Restaurant to attend. Only Bengali were there. One staff member took my phone call for tea. After half an hour, I tried again for tea. Another guy has attended. Said OK. After 10 minutes one guy informed me that no tea was there. Pathetic response. AC remote was an old one

I'd definitely recommend this hotel - the staff were really friendly and the location's great, with a bar just nearby. The room was big and we were able to check out late, which was convenient. My only real complaint is the breakfast - it was pretty limited, with just toast bread and a few drink options like watermelon juice, tea, or coffee. No water, which was a bit weird.
