The best thing was the location, just a few steps from the city centre, and the staff were attentive. As a four‑star hotel we expected better facilities; the common areas are fine but the rooms need improvement, the air conditioning is non‑existent and breakfast is pretty weak. The restaurant is perfect. There is no parking.

The staff were very friendly at reception and in the dining area. The location is excellent and the building itself is special because of its historic character. I would have liked parking, but there are nearby lots. The hotel could tweak a few details, but those are minor.

La ubicación, la atención perfecta del personal y el desayuno por su calidad y lo bonito que es el comedor. Las camas eran un poco estrechas y las habitaciones no son grandes aunque el cuarto de baño estaba muy bien
