The outdoor area is perfect – gorgeous view, a nice spot by the lake to sit with coffee or hot chocolate. The bed and pillows were a pain, and the breakfast had almost nothing to choose from.

The bed was comfy, the room clean, breakfast simple but tasty, and the lady serving at breakfast was very polite and kind. One of the receptionists was rude, didn't greet us well or give useful info – that's a big deal for front‑desk service. Also, the room lacked a decent mirror; the only one was a small floor‑level one.
