The breakfast spread had a lot of choices, and the “sparkle waffles” felt like a special touch. I appreciated the water fountain with a bottle filler—Georgia needed that. They let me check in later than usual, which I liked. The room was roomy, clean, and matched the photo I saw when booking. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and made me feel recognized, adding a personal vibe. Walking around, I found plenty of shops and restaurants, and the Riverwalk was just a short stroll away. On the downside, I’d never been there before, so the parking entrance was confusing; some signs said “No Parking” while others said “Guests Only,” so clearer signage would help. The hotel’s parking was also a bit perplexing: there’s a lot with a gate just past the front, hidden by trees, and another lower-level lot down the street around the corner. Inside the room, a few cosmetic quirks—like a patched ceiling in the bathroom—were noticeable but didn’t bother me or ruin the stay.

The spot is spot-on, with tons of eateries within walking distance, a gorgeous downtown and river walk, and the fitness center is the best I've seen in a hotel. The only downside was having to pay extra for parking.
