The place is elegant and I paid for a junior suite. The service was lacking, the heating didn’t work properly, there was no compensation or offer for that, and there was little coffee/tea in the room.

The staff’s kindness and clear explanations about the area and the hotel, plus the worthwhile facilities (pool, sauna, gym), make it a great stay, and the breakfast is also exceptional! However, it gets very crowded when the conference rooms are booked.

I stayed in July and the room stayed at 17 °C and I couldn’t raise the heat. The staff were unpleasant when I mentioned it; they only replied that they couldn’t send someone to all rooms to check. The parking garage is expensive.
